How do make an orders on your website

Simply navigate from either the left hand menu, the "Featured Products" list found at the bottom of the page or the "New Must Haves" on the top right hand side of the home page. If you select a brand from the left hand side of the page, eg Lanza, you will automatically open a new page inviting you to select your desired subcatory, for example: "Lanza daily elements". You may also type in the search box on the top left hand side on each page. If for example you typed in "Shampoo", all of the shampoos featured on the site will be listed - or you may type "Keracare Shampoo" - this will then display all the shampoos in the Keracare range.  You can finally refine your search even further by selecting the first characters of the products you are looking for in the advanced search.
 
 

Where is my order?

Unless otherwise requested we use standard or recorded Royal Mail for postage. This means that your products will be with you within 2-3 days. If for any reason your products are delayed more than 7 days please contact us.

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you need to return an item for exchange or any other reason, please read the instructions below.

Email: Please email our returns department, with the words "Lil Missy Return request - 000000" (Where the Numbers go relate to the order number shown on the front of the delivery note). Then please detail the items you wish to return and a reason why you want to return them. One of our sales team will endevour to contact you in return within 12 working hours with a response.

Telephone: Call us on 08445 499 299, please make sure you have your order number available as our sales team will need this to easily track your purchase. Please detail the item/s you wish to return. Please pack your parcel with care; if you fail to pack the parcel and your goods arrive damaged (as a result of the return trip) we may not be able to process your return. When sending the parcel to us we recommend you use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance. You should obtain a receipt for the parcel when you send it.

Please allow 7 days for your parcel to reach us; we will then process it within a working day of it arriving. Please read our Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refunds policy, located within the customer service section of our website, prior to sending products back to us.

Are all Lil Missy purchase prices inclusive of vat

Yes, at lilmissysalons.co.uk our prices always include VAT when applicable. As goods are dispatched from our warehouse in the United Kingdom, UK Vat rates always apply.

Making changes to an existing order

Sometimes it may be possible to make changes to your order before 11:45am on the next working day after you place your order. Simply call us on + 44 (0) 8445 499 299. However it is always easier to check your order carefully before you click "Confirm Order" after that, we are can not guarantee that we can change or cancel your order.
 

I have forgotten my password

 If you have forgotten your password, you can request your password to be sent to your email address, please note that we can only send this password to the email address your used when you created your login profile.
 

What happens if the product is marked as out of stock

If an item is out of stock, we'll happily send you an e-mail when it's back in stock. Simply drop us an email and we will notify you when we expect delivery for each affected item.

 

Are there any countries or addresses that you will not send products to?

We can ship to the UK and most Countries Internationally. We do not deliver to a PO Box address.
